Dessert Prep & Creative Kitchen Lead (Part-Time / Contract)

We are a fun, fast-growing dessert brand focused on viral-style sweets, nostalgic treats, and visually exciting desserts made for delivery, social media, and unforgettable moments.

We’re looking for someone who loves prep, enjoys being hands-on, and takes pride in running a clean, organized kitchen — someone who can help turn ideas into reality and make the kitchen feel like their space.

This is not a traditional line cook job. This is about prep, assembly, creativity, and ownership.

- What You’ll Be Doing

Prepping and assembling dessert components (ice cream bases, toppings, sauces, fillings, doughs)

Turning creative dessert ideas into real, repeatable products

Keeping the kitchen spotless, organized, and dialed in

Following prep lists, recipes, and systems consistently

Labeling, portioning, and storing ingredients properly

Helping test new desserts and limited-time ideas

Working efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in a commercial kitchen (prep, bakery, dessert, or similar)

Someone extremely clean, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable owning prep and keeping things running smoothly

Enjoys working with sweets and assembly-style food

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow systems

Positive attitude and team mindset

Interest in food trends, TikTok, or creative desserts

Someone who enjoys making things better, cleaner, faster, and smarter

This Role Is NOT

Not a traditional line cook position

Not fine dining or heavy cooking

No long ticket lines or stressful services

This is prep + assembly + creative execution in a fun environment.
