Vinyl Siding Person

Must have experience:

Looking for an individual to work installing vinyl siding on condominium buildings in Melbourne.

Pay is based on skill level, with hourly or piecework rates. Must be skilled in running jobs and leading a crew.

Are you looking to start new in 2026. Full time position.

Must be capable of performing the following tasks;

Able to install vinyl siding.

Able to work with/lead as crew leader for a 2-3 person crew.

Can assume some job responsibility, self-starter.

Have a valid driver's license and own truck or car to drive yourself to work; not dropped off.

Able to use basic tools, saws, etc.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Use a ladder and scaffolding for a two-story job.

Experience working with vinyl siding.

Absolutely:

No drugs or alcohol.

No family drama.

Professional appearance and attitude are a must.

Quality and efficiency are a requirement.
