Construction company administrative assistant
Duties:
QuickBooks data entry (invoices, bills, expenses)
Accounts payable / receivable support
Prepare and send invoices
Track receipts and job costs
Answer phones and emails
File and organize documents
Assist with payroll hours
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience required
Office or administrative background
Organized, detail-oriented, dependable
Construction experience a plus, not required
