Compensation: $30-50/hour depending on experience (higher for exceptional candidates) + unlimited bonuses

Who We Are

We are an established global sacred mushroom movement and a registered 501(c)(3) religious non-profit organization. Our teachings of Mycomysticism have already transformed thousands of lives worldwide.

We have students and practitioners in Ecuador, Mexico, Thailand, Bali, Nepal, Netherlands, Germany, USA, Ukraine, Spain, Portugal, and India — and we're still growing.

Now we're opening a Temple in California — and we need local people in the LA area to help us expand.

We work with Sacred Mushrooms as sacraments — legally, under the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Our community includes some of the most powerful and influential people alive.

Who You'll Work With

Our Spiritual Leader is the founder, healer, and shaman behind this movement.

His movement is growing fast. Podcast features. PR campaigns. Media opportunities. A community that keeps expanding across continents.

He needs someone by his side who gets it. Not just someone who can manage a calendar — someone who understands we're building something sacred. Something that will outlast us all.

If everything goes well, this role has the potential to evolve into one of our apprentice positions — a deeper level of involvement in the movement and direct spiritual mentorship.

Where You'll Work

You'll be working from your home, from the residence of His Holiness, and from other locations including private clubs and exclusive venues. This is not a desk job — you'll be where the action is.

Document preparation and organization

Phone calls and correspondence

Expense tracking and reporting

Research and information gathering

Coordinating with team members and contacts

Managing to-do lists and priorities

Appointment scheduling and reminders

Concierge Duties

Organizing meetings and events

Venue research and booking

Restaurant reservations

Transportation arrangements

Gift sourcing and purchasing

Errand running

Vendor coordination

Guest coordination and hospitality

Special requests and problem-solving

VIP and high-net-worth client relations

Household & Personal Support

Helping around the house with personal tasks

Household organization and coordination

Overseeing household vendors and services

Personal shopping and errands

Package handling and deliveries

Light household management

Whatever is needed to keep things running smoothly

Retreats & Ceremonies

Organizing retreats and group gatherings

Private ceremony preparations and logistics

Coordinating with participants and guests

Venue scouting and booking for events

Managing retreat schedules and details

Real Estate & Temple Development

Researching and sourcing real estate properties for the Temple

Coordinating property viewings and evaluations

Working with real estate agents and brokers

Supporting the search for our permanent California Temple location

Fundraising & Nonprofit Development

Fundraising support and donor cultivation

Coordinate with foundations and major donors

Help cultivate relationships with potential supporters

Grant research and application support

Support the financial growth of our religious mission

Open doors to influential people and networks
