Maintenance Technicians are responsible for specific job responsibilities on various properties that are designated to them. They will performs a variety of duties in support of the maintenance and repair of municipal buildings, facilities, and grounds; performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing and a variety of other building maintenance work; technicians will operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned determining when and what kind of upholding is needed.
