Food Truck Manager – Avila Beach (Weekend Position)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Food Truck Manager to help run our food truck at our Avila Beach location.

This is a great opportunity for someone with food industry experience who enjoys working with customers in a fun, beachside environment.

Position Details:

Location: Avila Beach

Schedule: 1–3 days per weekend

Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Pay: $20/hour + tips (to start)

Responsibilities Include: Managing daily food truck operations, Providing excellent customer service, Handling orders and payments, Assisting with food prep and basic cooking, Keeping the truck clean, organized, and running smoothly, Opening and closing the truck as needed

Requirements: Previous experience in the food industry (required), Customer-friendly, positive attitude, Dependable and punctual

Comfortable working independently, Ability to work weekends, Food handler certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
