What You’ll Do:

As a Forklift Operator / Auction Yard Team Member, you’ll play a key role in making sure our auctions run smoothly. From safely loading and unloading equipment for customers to helping stage items for sale, you’ll be at the center of the action. You’ll also get the chance to use your mechanical skills on equipment assembly and preparation while working closely with our team and customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other equipment to safely load/unload items for customers

Assist with unloading containers and deliveries

Stage and prepare items for auction, including some light assembly

Interact with customers during pickup and loadout with professionalism and friendliness

Keep the yard organized and safe

Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues

Work with the auction team to meet staging and timeline goals

Take photos of equipment and inventory as needed for work documentation

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Experienced forklift operator (certification a plus)

Hands-on mechanical skills and ability to assemble or troubleshoot equipment

Friendly and professional communicator who enjoys working with people

Reliable, accountable, and thrives in a busy environment

Comfortable working outdoors and able to lift 50+ lbs

Auction or equipment industry experience a plus, but not required

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must have a personal smartphone capable of taking photos for work purposes
