Restaurant Gretel is looking for a new, reliable and responsible Full Time Line Cooks to join our BOH team.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and run your station for smooth lunch/ dinner service

- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards

- Work closely with the team to get quality food out together and on time

- Help with inventory checks and communicate needs to the Chef

- Bring a positive attitude and be a good team player

Qualifications:

- Entry level knife skills

- Available evenings and weekends

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts standing
