We are a licensed brokerage selling life insurance and annuities from major national insurance carriers to people who have already expressed interest in these products and requested our help. We have a scaleable and duplicable business model that allows new agents to come in work hard, build an agency and gain true contractual ownership of the business by meeting sales goals. You can build it, brand it and scale it however you want. It is a business that can be willed to your family if you pass away or retire, they would just need to get an insurance license. You keep your book of business once you earn Agency Owner status.

You cannot buy an agency with our company, but you can EARN one.

All you need is to get a life insurance license. We train, coach, and mentor everyone and teach them the business so they can duplicate our process and build a dream for themselves and their family.

We house everything under one roof. Products, leads, systems and training. We broker with some of the largest, best rated carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, Foresters, Americo etc. So we have no shortage of things we can offer our clients, which makes our company and business model with the opportunity to own your actual agency something that doesn't really exist in the market right now.

Our Story

A year and a half ago, I was Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor and had been for 20+ years. I was working very long days and sometimes 7 days a week. I had zero time for anything fun, I got my two weeks of paid vacation a year, and I was only as good as the last loan I closed to management. When the interest rate spike hit in 2022, I lost 65% of my income. My bonuses went away, my OT went away, they cut my salary $30,000 per year. However, I was still asked to do the same amount of work. I realized very quickly this wasn't going to end well for my family. I was really struggling to pay our bills. So I started looking for something that I could do as a side gig to bring in extra money, however, since I was working a lot of hours at my day job, which I also worked from home, I knew I needed something that was remote as well. I found a job posting similar to this one on Zip recruiter and was introduced to the insurance business and, frankly, I was skeptical. It sounded too good to be true.

But I’m a hard worker, I like people, and it seemed like a good company and I figured if I failed at it, what was I out, the couple hundred bucks it takes to get licensed? So I decided to give it a shot. I enrolled in my pre-licensing course, and got my license. It was a lot of work learning a brand-new industry and new skills, but so very worth it. Everything I had been told about the industry was absolutely true, and even more. So much so I took a leap of faith and quit my mortgage career 30 days later, in my 50's with no back up plan

Fast forward to today, just a little over one year and a half since I started, I have built a team of agents, I made back all my money. I take time off whenever I want to travel. I come back from vacation with deposits going into my account, even when I wasn't working.

Best of all, my growing team and I have been able to train many other new agents in the business, teach them the same things we've learned, and help them achieve success as well.
