PROJECT COORDINATOR – Commercial Landscaping – $18–$25/hr
Carter’s Landscaping is a commercial landscape & irrigation installation contractor based in Gilbert. We have 20+ employees and install landscape & irrigation systems on commercial projects across the Valley. We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to help organize jobs, materials, scheduling, and communication between the field and office.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and material deliveries
- Order materials & track lead times
- Help organize job folders, plans, and punchlists
- Communicate with suppliers, field leaders & GCs
- Track project progress, documents, and job cost updates
- Support project manager & superintendent with daily needs
Who You Are
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with computers, email, spreadsheets, shared files
- Able to move fast, juggle tasks, and follow-through
- Construction/landscape background a plus
- Spanish a plus
