FULL TIME DISPATCHER/CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TOWING COMPANIES

Our Tucson-based towing company is currently seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a dispatch role within a towing company or other high-volume dispatching position. This role requires overnight and weekend availability.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple incoming phone lines, possess strong computer skills, and communicate efficiently with a diverse client base. This includes tow truck operators, law enforcement agencies, government entities, motor clubs, and emergency roadside services.
