Dental Assistant (Colorado Springs)

Seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable person to join our established mid- town general dental practice. An ideal candidate should have the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. Experience is highly preferred but not necessary.

Hours: Part Time- Approximately 32 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm (lunch 1:00 – 1:45 pm)

Thursdays, 6:30 am to 1:00 pm

Position Overview:

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our dentist, ensuring smooth patient experiences, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace and office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

Assist the dentist during procedures

Take and process dental X-Rays

Maintain accurate patient records

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Dental Assistant certification (Preferred)

X-Ray certification
