Pay: $22–$23 per hour, depending on experience

Payroll: Paid by the State through PPL (Public Partnerships, LLC)

Schedule: Part-time, evenings & weekends

We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and highly reliable caregiver to provide direct care in a family home. This is a Consumer Directed Care position, meaning the family hires the caregiver and the State issues payment through PPL.

No certification or license is required. This role is ideal for someone with caregiving experience, personal care experience, or a strong interest in supporting individuals with disabilities.

Tuesday & Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please note: Hours may change in January, and one weekday night shift may be reduced.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care

Support an individual who uses an electric wheelchair

Provide in-home caregiving and direct support

Assist in a fast-paced household environment

Ensure safety, dignity, and respectful care at all times

Job Requirements

Must be extremely reliable and punctual (this is essential)

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a required background check (State/PPL requirement)

Some upper body strength required (for caregiving tasks and transfers as needed)

Comfortable with children and pets (one dog, one cat)

Energetic, dependable, and able to work independently
