Our cabinet manufacturing company is looking for an Office Assistant / Showroom Attendant to be responsible for handling general office and clerical tasks in our office and assisting clients who visit our showroom. Some construction knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities (and as assigned):

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Managing filing system.

Recording information as needed.

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Performing general office clerk duties and occasional errands.

Requirements:

High school diploma

Experience as an office assistant or in related field.

Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Great communication skills.

Have a valid driver license.

Work week alternates Monday – Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm, then Tuesday – Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm.

Pay Rate $22 - $25 per hour depending on experience.
