Skilled project manager for high-end construction company.

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our construction team. Our firm specializes in projects involving heavy structural work and high-end finishes for new construction and remodeling.

The ideal applicant will be responsible for the following:

- Preconstruction: Collaborating with engineers and architects to develop project scopes, permitting documents, and budgets.

- Project Definition: Working closely with subcontractors to finalize budgets and obtain accurate material takeoffs.

- On-Site Management: Maintaining a hands-on presence on-site for a minimum of 2 hours per day.

- Quality Control: Working with foremen on layout and finishes, managing subcontractor scheduling, and ensuring all work meets our rigorous quality standards.

- Documentation: Maintaining a heavy emphasis on organizing and documenting work-in-progress through daily logs and photographs.

Because our clients expect perfection, the applicant must have a clear eye for the finished product and the diligence required to meet demanding client needs. A background in hands-on construction is highly desirable or a deep understanding of the construction process. Strong organizational skills are a primary requirement for this role.

Compensation is dependent on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package with healthcare, a 401(k), and a company truck.
