In-home care for Parkinson's patient

Looking for in-home care support on Bay Farm (Alameda) near the Harbor Bay Club for my father.

My father has advanced Parkinson's, not a lot of tremor, but weak, sometimes very soft in speech and currently has challenges with his blood pressure which means his mobility is very limited.

My mother is his primary caretaker, and I'd love to find some additional help for them. This could take a variety of forms. Someone to be with him and help periodically during the week (2-3 times in the week for 3-4 hrs) to allow my mother some time to run errands and take a break. Assistance preparing a healthy meal (lunch?), reading to him, helping him watch some sports on his ipad etc. The scope could fit the individual.

Ideally it would include help with activities of daily living (he does need help toileting / showering) or more general support (readying, being available, cooking support etc) with a wide range of possible hours (few or many).
