Administrative Coordinator – Permits & Logistics
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our operations and project teams. This role plays a key part in keeping projects moving by managing permits, inspections, materials, and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain and track trade permits with local jurisdictions
Schedule and coordinate required inspections
Receive, log, and organize materials shipped to the warehouse
Coordinate with Project Managers on shipping, delivery timelines, and supply needs
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to permits, inspections, and inventory
Provide general administrative support as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to multi task
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, document management)
Prior administrative, construction, or logistics experience preferred but not required
