Hiring Forman, Carpenters and Finishers Commercial Construction

1. Commercial Construction Foreman
Role: Lead on-site teams to ensure large-scale projects like office buildings or warehouses stay on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
o Supervise daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
o Interpret complex architectural plans and blueprints.
o Enforce strict OSHA safety standards and site-specific protocols.
o Report project milestones and budget status to management.
Requirements:
o Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
o Proficiency with construction management software and digital blueprints.
o Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
o Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 70-80 lbs.
2. Commercial Carpenter
Role: Perform framing LGMF and interior assemblies, Hanging Sheetrock and related mechanic activities for commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
o Construct frameworks, partitions, and interior fit-out.
o Read blueprints to ensure accurate execution of the project scope.
o Collaborate with field supervisors to self-perform mechanic work as needed.
Requirements:
o 3-5 years of experience in commercial work.
o Proficiency with standard industry power tools (saws, drills, etc.).
o Ability to work at heights or in various weather conditions.
3. Construction Finisher
Role: Apply drywall finishes to surfaces as required to leave surfaces ready for painter subcontractor, focusing on high-quality surface preparation and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
o Smooth and level walls, ceilings, and soffits as required.
o Apply coatings, patch surfaces, and prepare areas for painting or treatments.
o Operate specialized aerial equipment as necessary to reach indicated work areas.
Requirements:
o Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
o Strong expertise in surface preparation and finishing techniques.
o Attention to detail to ensure durable and aesthetically pleasing results.
