About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Golf Shaft Build & Repair Technician to join our team. This position combines hands-on club building and repair work with customer service and operational support. You’ll work directly with our Operations Manager to ensure every shaft leaving our shop meets our performance and quality standards, and customers expectations are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform golf shaft assembly, re-shafting, gripping, and repairs with precision and care.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure performance consistency and craftsmanship.

Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person to discuss repair needs, timelines, and product recommendations.

Coordinate with the Operations Manager to manage workflows, inventory, and shipping schedules.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all tools and materials are properly handled.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in golf club building, shaft repair, or related golf equipment work.

Strong knowledge of golf shafts, club fitting, and general golf equipment specifications.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Passion for golf and familiarity with the latest golf technology and trends.

Bonus Points For:

Previous club fitting or retail golf experience.

Experience working with launch monitors or fitting software.
