Parts Specialist (Bilingual) looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our busy parts department. The Role

You will be the go-to person for customers and our service team, identifying the right components for a wide variety of trailers. This role involves both front-counter customer service and behind-the-scenes inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify and order trailer parts.

Translate technical specifications and pricing for our Spanish-speaking clientele.

Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments.

Maintain an organized showroom and warehouse.

Work effectively in both an indoor office setting and outdoor storage environments.

Qualifications

Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Experience: Previous experience in a parts department (automotive, trailer, or heavy equipment) is highly preferred.

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in outdoor environments and various weather conditions as needed.

Computer Skills: Basic proficiency for looking up parts and processing sales.
