Full Time Retail Sales Position in Waikiki

Compensation: $16-$18 hourly, based on knowledge and experience + sales commission

We are a clothing apparel retailer proudly serving Hawaii for 13 years. We are seeking a full time team player to join the family.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in-store and by phone

Demonstrate product knowledge and inform customers of promotions

Operate POS system: take payments, issue receipts

Restock shelves and tag merchandise

Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

3+ years retail sales experience preferred

Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and busy holiday periods

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and attention to detail

Basic computer skills

Desired Qualifications

Skilled in sales and customer service

Bilingual (English/Japanese) preferred but not necessary

Compensation

$16-$18 hourly, based on knowledge and experience

Sales commission opportunities after probation and training
