Paralegal/Law Clerk Needed

Law Clerk or Paralegal needed part time (flexible) for 10 hours a week working with an experienced litigation attorney on some high profile cases that were in the news. Experience with Odessey E-filing, issuing and filing Summons, issuing Alias Summons' and placing for service (Sheriff and special process servers) a must.

Experience issuing discovey, with spreadsheets, and/or with MyCase law firm software a very strong plus. The first 4-6 weeks will be in person. After that it will likely be possible to work remotely 3-4 hours a week. Need STRONG organizational skills. Minimum legal research needed. You will gain significant practical experience working a litigation case. A Loyola or Northwestern 3L would also be possible due to the proximity to the Evanston campuses.
