Independent and reliable AirBNB cleaner is needed for 6 units in Little Village (in the same property) and 1in Pilsen. (7 total)

Working independently getting units ready after guest checks out between 11:00AM - 3:00PM any day there is a check out.

Each unit has about 8-12 cleans per month and you’d be paid $50-$60 per clean depending on the unit.

Your responsibilities:

Cleaning the unit meticulously after every check out (usually it’s every 2-4 days)

Changing sheets and towels

Doing laundry for the dirty sheets to get them ready for next check out

All Re stocking - Toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, paper towel coffee , ext

Inspecting unit after every check out and reporting to office staff of damages or maintenance needed.

Communicating clearly with the office via texting and phone calls.

Replacing batteries, light bulbs and other light upkeep tasks as needed.

This opportunity is ideal for an independent cleaner that is free between 11AM - 3PM which live in Little Village or Pilsen area and has reliable form of transportation and want to start immediately.
