Lead Waitstaff

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Waitstaff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a memorable dining experience for our valued guests focusing on attentive hospitality, personalized care, efficient service, and a welcoming ambiance, making guests comfortable and eager to return.

Duties:

Serve food and drinks to customers while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations

Lead support staff by example

Scheduling

Updating POS items and menus

Restock

Be the Liaison to the Kitchen Director

Experience:

Previous experience in a restaurant

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Ability to work evenings and weekends, Thursday - Sunday

Knowledge of food safety practices
