Automotive service writer

Duke Boys Auto repair shop is looking for a Part time service writer. Shift can be either mornings or afternoons 4-6 hours a day. Helping customers in person and one the phone with auto repair jobs Monday- Friday is the main duties of this position. Setting appointments, discussing repair estimates, ordering parts, invoicing repair jobs and completing transaction with customers are the daily duties. Entering data, filing paperwork and light office cleaning are also included in the job description. Automotive knowledge, basic computer skills, organizational skills and customer service skills are a must for the position. On the job training, 401K, paid holidays, and PTO are included with package.
