Front Desk / Sales Associate – Female-Owned Tattoo Studio (Midtown Manhattan)

We are a female-owned, high-end tattoo studio in Midtown Manhattan looking for a confident, motivated Front Desk / Sales Associate to join our team 3–4 days per week.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with sales, client communication, and working toward clear KPIs in a fast-paced, aesthetic environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries (in person, phone, text, and online forms)

Consult clients on tattoo ideas, pricing, and artist selection

Close bookings and collect deposits

Follow up with leads and incomplete inquiries

Manage the studio schedule and daily front desk operations

Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Strong sales confidence and communication skills

Experience in sales, front desk, hospitality, beauty, or tattoo industry preferred

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working with KPIs and performance goals

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Fluent English (additional languages a plus)

Compensation:

Base hourly pay

High KPI-based bonuses and commissions

Strong earning potential for top performers

Schedule:

3–4 days per week
