Painter/ Crew Lead, Rolling Walls ,Ceilings, Caulking and Puddy
Please and I emphasize please do not call me and ask me questions that the answers are given in the job description below. The position starts immediately. If you do not have your own vehicle that you have at your disposal on an everyday need do not call me. This is all interior work and it can lead to a full-time position as we have an abundance of interior work for the next 1 to 2 years.
Understand something this crew has been together for a long time. We keep getting new individuals that show up and work a day or two and then they have some stupid worthless excuse as to why they can't be here or they want more hours or they want Less hours The fact of the matter is I have over a thousand apartment units that are remodeled and need to be repainted and you will not be trusted until you have earned your keep, so do not expect to receive a set of keys to the building or to work earlier than what one of the crew leaders or myself shows up for or stay after because there is no trust in you until you show us that you can be trusted I carry all the insurances the contracts are in my name and it is a big company that we work for. So if you have never been in the workforce and you don't understand business and you cannot do a simple task such as having your own vehicle and showing up for work then do not call me. You guys that show up and are not commercial painters not in the production level are completely lying to yourself. You are creating hard feelings and you are creating resentment amongst the other people that want the job and are qualified for the job. Grow up get a life get a vehicle have some responsibility and take pride in what you do.
If you do not possess a pair of painters whites then you also are not eligible. There are two things you have to have physically one is a vehicle and the second thing is painters white.

I need someone that has experience in Rolling walls and ceilings and doing some Caulking and filling nail holes in apartment renovations. I have a significant amount of work. Pay is once a week and pay his cash. You pay your own taxes if you choose to I don't care what you do with your money once you get it. The job will be done in a professional manner I provide uniforms and you will take direction from me and my crew members. They are very easy going and they know what it's supposed to look like when we're done and we have a significant amount of work and we need to fill one or two positions. If you do not have experience doing this and if you have never done this before do not apply or contact me. If you do not have your own vehicle do not contact me. If you do not understand these basic job descriptions and requirements you should not be looking in the skilled trade section. It is a very easy job working with a very laid-back business minded crew. We are a very very small company that is very successful. We start it and we finish it. The job is basic as I say once again.
It is a part-time position 4 hours a day up to $25 per hour. It is not a guaranteed $25 per hour. If you are at our level or the level of a experienced apartment remodel production painter then you will receive up to $25 per hour. Up to $25 per hour $25 an hour 3 to 4 days a week.
