Asset Recovery/some probate and referring files

I need an attorney to collect surplus funds leftover from the foreclosure of their home in SC. Sometimes I get a probate file(rare) but I'll need the attorney to handle probate, if and when I get one of those clients. I pay $8K per non-probate file and $12K per probate file.

I also get a lot of clients in other states, mostly the east coast, south and midwestern states. I need an attorney that can contact an attorney in one of the 8-10 other states I have I clients in, and refer the file to that other attorney in each respective state. You'd still get paid on those files too: you just share the revenue from the fees. All work is done on a contingency basis and I've been doing this for 11 years. I am a non-attorney.
