Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesA Customs Brokerage Agent will be expected to ensure timely and accurate operations while providing exceptional customer service within the Brokerage Department.Daily execution of workflow and department metricsEnter declaration information from documents, or other sources into our customs entry systemFollow, update and create SOP's for client requirementsActively seek efficiency and contribute ideas for enhancement of work productAccurate and timely invoicing and strong understanding of payable processBuild and maintain strong relationships with the customers and government organizationsEnsure compliance to regulations at all times, both internal and externalIdentify and manage exceptions while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvementEffectively manage and organize emails for timely follow upCollaborate with and support the team in a positive manner
