Account Management Performance Analyst
We are looking for a Account Management Performance Analyst to be based in Bangsar South, KL. This role will be reporting to the Lead, Account Management Performance in the Commercial department. The department generally is responsible forManaging relationships with key partnersAchieving key commercial KPI’sResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project management: end to end ownership of all projects that involve the AM teamPerformance management: ensuring commercial OKR’s and AM team KPI’s are achieved, with the expectation of deep diving whenever possible to optimize performanceAnalytics: analyze data sets to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and improve overall commercial performancePresentations: capable of crafting decks that tell stories guided by dataOversee AM administration: Lead and manage administrative tasks related to the AM team, e,g, AM SOP development, target setting, & account rebalancing. Strong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with Account Managers and stakeholders to understand and enhance operational processes.Self-driven with the ability to take on and create new assignments. Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile.Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
