The Change Management Lead is responsible for managing a team tasked with overseeing change management functions for the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project. The team’s focus areas include communications; process and organizational redesign; training development; and training deployment. Essential FunctionsDevelop Change Management Plans:Co-develop the Change Management plans for how changes will be implemented, communicated, and monitored.Develop change management templates such as impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments.Communication and Training:Design and deliver communications and training programs to ensure that employees are aware of and prepared for changes.Create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support.Provide weekly task reports.Stakeholder Engagement:Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process.Understand the stakeholders’ needs and concerns and ensure their support and involvement.Liaise with functional and technical teams.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.Monitor the progress of change initiatives and address any issues that arise.Support Implementation:Work closely with project teams to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.Manage and coordinate with different departments and ensure that all necessary resources are available.Evaluation and Report on Outcomes:Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and report on their outcomes.Collect feedback, analyze data, and make recommendations for future improvements.available.Management:Supervise and develop team members.Route work items to Change Management team members for completionReview and approve team member deliverables.
