Night Manager
The Night Manager is responsible for managing the overall hotel operation during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining safety and security, handling guest concerns, and supporting all operational departments in line with luxury hospitality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & OperationsOversee the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours.Ensure all guest requests, complaints, and service recovery are handled professionally and promptly.Maintain luxury guest service standards in accordance with brand expectations.Conduct regular hotel walkarounds and inspections.Monitor VIP arrivals, in-house guests, and special requests.Team LeadershipSupervise and support night shift colleagues across Front Office, Butler, Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering.Provide guidance and operational decision-making during the absence of senior management.Ensure proper handover between shifts.Financial & Administrative DutiesReview and verify daily reports, cash handling, and night audit processes.Ensure accuracy of room status, billing, and revenue postings.Prepare operational reports for management review.Safety & SecurityAct as the senior representative of the hotel during emergencies.Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety procedures.Coordinate with Security on incident handling and investigations if required.Brand & ComplianceEnsure adherence to LQA  luxury service standards.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Support hotel policies, procedures, and service culture.
