Territory Officer, Field Crops
Key Accountabilities : Achieve sales revenue targets for the assigned sales territory.Drive demand generation and product liquidation within the assigned territory.Physically execute field promotional activities, including pre-sowing campaigns, farmer training programs, and on-farm product demonstrations to ensure direct engagement with the grower communityBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.Plan and ensure the availability of the right products at the right time and in the right quantities across retail outlets.Manage channel operations to ensure adequate stock availability, facilitate prompt and efficient liquidation, and minimize saleable returns from trade partners.Oversee trade channel management and ensure timely collection of receivables.Execute market development activities and conduct customer monitoring and evaluation.Provide growers with agronomic knowledge and guidance on modern agricultural technologies and best practices.Maintain regular communication and coordination with DAE officials, stockists, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders.Perform assigned duties in accordance with management's requirements and timelines.Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support business operations and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
