Are you a detail-orientated and organised professional with a passion for operations and supply management? Reporting to the Stores Manager, you will oversea the day to day purchasing and stores operations, ensuring stock is accurately received, stored and distributed to support all departments across our Hotels. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate the prompt and accurate distribution of goods to all departments and sub-storesEnsure all goods are received in line with approved purchase orders (quantity & quality) and stored using FIFO principlesMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and access control for all storage areasManage supplier returns, ensuring proper authorisation and accurate record-keepingMaintain up-to-date supplier information in line with Accor preferred supplier agreements and pricingSupport department teams with sourcing goods from approved suppliers and system setupProcess and reconcile Food & Beverage invoices against purchase orders in the purchasing systemFollow up on outstanding deliveries, discrepancies, and supplier-related issuesEnsure stores, loading dock, and storage areas are clean, organised, and maintained to a high standardOversee the security and condition of all stock to minimise loss, damage, or pilferageEnsure all equipment is well maintained and used appropriatelyAssist with monthly stocktakes in collaboration with Department Heads
