Loan Services Analyst

Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week)Visa Sponsorship: Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas.We’re looking for a Loan Services Analyst to join our Back Office team and support the execution of U.S. loan operations. In this role, you will be responsible for processing loan transactions, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring accurate reconciliation across a range of syndicated and bilateral facilities.Role and responsibilitiesProcess loan and payment transactions across agented, participated, and bilateral facilitiesManage the full lifecycle of deals, including:Loan input and bookingPayment processing to lendersFee payments and invoice preparationGeneration of lender noticesMonitor incoming funds in syndication accounts from lenders and borrowersOwn daily Corona reconciliations and past-due reporting, including:Investigating and resolving all open items on assigned accountsFollowing up until full resolutionProcess assignments and amendments received from counterparties in a timely mannerReview and authorize transactions handled by the teamSet up, process, and reconcile insurance-related payments in line with internal proceduresPerform daily reconciliation of open items and ensure data integrity across systemsCollaborate closely with Middle Office, Loan Trading, and Loan Booking teams on daily operations#LI-MNRK
