Conduct Care Pro supervisions, PDP’s, Annual Appraisals and other touchpoints.Support Care pros to obtain their Care Certificate.Conduct training workshops and assess Care Pros in medication, moving and assisting and other non-clinical competencies.Maintain accurate Care Pro records on Home Instead software and People Planner.Conduct Care Pro introductions to clients.During Care Pro touchpoints build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.Support and mentor Care Professionals.Provide support to the Client Experience team.Maintain regular contact with Care Professionals.Any other duties as directed by your line manager.Participate in on-call duties as required.Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
