How you’ll make a difference Lead the design management of complex rail infrastructure projects across all stages (feasibility, concept, detailed design, and delivery).Ensure compliance with relevant rail standards, codes, and safety regulations.Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing design teams across ANZ.Build and maintain strong client relationships with transport authorities, contractors, and partners.Prepare high‑quality design documentation, reports, and executive briefings that enable clear, timely decisions.
