This is about shaping what the future of Health & Beauty looks like for our customers. Key responsibilities: Define and execute a multi-year category strategy across skincare, cosmetics and fragrance Lead and evolve a balanced branded and private label portfolio that delivers both credibility and margin Identify whitespace opportunities and bring innovation to market with pace and precision Build meaningful partnerships with key global and local brand owners Elevate our private label proposition through product development, packaging, positioning and pricing strategy Use data, insight and market intelligence to drive sustainable sales and margin growth Work cross-functionally across planning, marketing, supply chain and quality to deliver excellence end to end You will have the commercial maturity to manage significant portfolios and negotiations, while also bringing a sharp eye for product, trends and customer behaviour.
