Villa Attendant
Responsible for cleaning and maintains all assigned guestrooms and areas, and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with applicable norms and standards and the rules of safety and hygiene accordance to Hotel established standards. Support the preventative maintenance program and energy conservation. And would be responsible for maintaining all regulatory requirement in the resort General Duties  Attend daily briefing conducted by supervisor  Receive work assignment from supervisor and check for room status  Cleans and tidy up guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas in line with the brand's standards, the rules of hygiene and cleanliness and the procedures  Checks that equipment is in good working order, informing the supervisor of any damage of equipment  Ensures that guest amenities and supplies in the rooms is complete and re filled  Responsible for room key according the section assign and proper record for receive and return back the room key  Report any discrepancies in room status to supervisor.  Report all lost and found items, following the standard procedures.  Report to supervisor any repair or maintenance work that may be needed in the guest room.  Complete special daily assignment.  Responsible for cleanliness of room pantry, trolley linen stock, room supplies stock and clear up rubbish  Update room status to “clean” at each room has been done for cleaning  Checking check out room and report any missing or damage item by guest to front office and supervisor  Liaise with laundry for any guest laundry/dry cleaning to be picked up Report any guest complaint and accident to supervisor  Report any safe deposit box open in occupied room to supervisor for further follow up  Report DND Rooms which cannot be cleaned until at 02.00 PM to supervisor for further follow up  Report any suspicious person in the hotel to supervisor  Observe guest’s habit or preference and note it on the form for personalized room arrangement and provide amenities according to guest preference  Informs and liaise with in villa dining for taking out trays from the room.  Ensure that building, M&E facilities not damage during cleaning process  Responsible on regular inventory of all linen, room supplies, guest supplies and other equipment which are related to work area and maintenance the accuracy of data given to superior.  Complete turn down service accordance to hotel standard  To provide the best stay experience for guest by providing the highest level of cleanliness and service to guest at all time in guest room as well as in public area
