Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist

 1. Inside Sales & Account ManagementProactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information about our product offerings, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.Upsell and cross-sell complementary products or services to existing customers by understanding their unique needs.Qualify leads and route significant opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales Representatives when necessary.Prepare and present accurate price quotes and product availability to clients in a timely manner.2. Customer Service & SupportServe as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.Resolve customer issues, complaints, or shipping delays with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset. Process returns and credits as required.Provide basic technical product knowledge and guide customers toward the right solutions for their needs.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.3. Order Entry & AdministrationAccurately process and enter customer orders into the ERP/CRM system with high attention to detail.Verify order details, including pricing, discounts, shipping methods, and billing information, to minimize errors.Track order status and collaborate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.Maintain and update customer profiles, interaction logs, and sales pipeline data in the CRM.
