What you’ll do?

Every day as a HICSS Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same – helping people recover, regain independence, and remain safely at home.

You will:Support individuals following hospital discharge or during periods of recoveryDeliver person-centred care in line with care plans and clinical guidanceAssist with personal care while promoting dignity and independenceMonitor wellbeing and report changes to the wider multidisciplinary teamSupport mobility, medication, nutrition, and daily living activitiesWork closely with healthcare professionals as part of an integrated local team
