Manage and process all damage-related claims, covering both finished goods and raw material components in the warehousesIdentify, investigate, and document damages (handling, transportation, storage, production, etc.)Coordinate claim resolution with internal departments including production, logistics, quality, warehouse, and financePrepare and submit claim documentation to internal departments, vendors, carriers, and other interested partyTrack claim status, recovery progress, and closure timelinesMaintain comprehensive claim records and develop periodic damage and claim trend reportsSupport internal audits and compliance requirements related to damage and claim management
