Office Manager - Mercedes-Benz of Denver
Summary:The Office Manager will support accounting operations at the dealership, partnering closely with our Controller to deliver accurate financials, streamline processes, and lead office teams across multiple rooftops.This role requires strong dealership accounting experience, proven leadership capability, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.You’ll be a key resource for month-end close, process improvement, and day-to-day operational support while helping guide the business offices toward consistent performance.Duties and Responsibilities:Support monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and schedules for dealership.Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, payables, receivables, and general ledger accuracyMonitor inventory, cost-of-sales entries, adjustments, and expense accuracy across all rooftopsLead, coach, and support office staff including accounting clerks, reception, and cashiering teamsMaintain consistent business office processes, documentation, and workflows across all locationsAssist with fixed asset tracking, depreciation, prepaid reconciliations, and month-end close tasksAnalyze expense trends and financial data to support operational decisionsDrive process improvements and help implement new procedures, policies, or efficiency initiativesPartner with the Brand Controller to resolve escalations, system issues, and cross-store operational challengesPrepare materials and support internal and external audits as neededProvide backup support for key administrative functions during peak periods or staffing gapsProcess Payroll for all dealership personnel and review/clean all payroll schedulesPost Daily BankReview/Post all bonusesComplete Monthly WorkpapersReview and provide explanation on aging AR balancesSend out Weekly Asset meeting Template to management teamFile quarterly tire tax8300 ReviewApprove invoices/check requests in RPM
