Interview Mode: Microsoft TeamsOverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support MMCAP and other Admin divisions. This role will focus on project management, enterprise application support, database optimization, and Azure modernization. The resource will manage IT initiatives, support day-to-day operations, and help assess and modernize data storage and application environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end IT projects including planning, execution, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.Provide day-to-day support for websites, applications, and databases.Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications and systems.Support Level 2 issue resolution for application, database, and website-related incidents.Manage vendor contracts, subscriptions, and professional services.Conduct assessments of storage environments, database systems, and legacy applications.Analyze performance, scalability, dependencies, and modernization opportunities.Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into technical recommendations.Design and support Azure modernization strategies, including migration planning and future-state architecture.Perform testing across applications, databases, and websites.Support chatbot implementation and AI-driven document processing initiatives.Provide knowledge transfer and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
