Provincial Client Coverage Head Private Banking, Western Cape

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Provincial Client Coverage Head of Private Banking to lead the delivery of Private Banking objectives across the province. This role is accountable for driving financial performance, market share growth, client experience, risk governance and people leadership in alignment with the broader Private Banking and PPB Client Coverage strategy.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading provincial execution, unlocking growth opportunities, strengthening collaboration across business units, and ensuring that Private Banking clients receive a consistent, high-quality and value-led banking experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead the provincial execution of the Private Banking strategy, ensuring delivery against financial, client experience, growth and market share objectives.Drive collaboration across segments, products, corporate functions and business units to unlock ecosystem opportunities and deliver integrated client solutions.Oversee risk, governance, credit arbitration and compliance standards to ensure sustainable portfolio performance and effective risk mitigation.Monitor market, competitor and client trends to identify growth opportunities, strengthen the value proposition and improve provincial performance.Lead, coach and enable Private Banking teams across the province, ensuring strong people leadership, performance management and alignment to business priorities.
