Washes dishes, pots and pans using appropriate kitchen equipmentCompletes daily sanitation assignments in all dining and kitchen areas including equipment and supplies following correct procedures, as directed.Unloads and arranges food stock from delivery Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized.Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage room.
