We have deep relationships and industry-leading thought leadership; leveraging this requires hustle and relentless pursuit.Strategic discovery. You lead conversations with CLOs, Heads of Learning, L&D leaders, and HR executives to uncover where an organization is exposed on talent readiness.Category selling. You introduce buyers to a new way of thinking about learning design, development, and most importantly, measurement. This takes education, patience, and conviction.Demo and proposal ownership. You deliver compelling demonstrations of SimGate’s new AI platform and write proposals that connect learning investment to business results.Multi-stakeholder navigation. Enterprise buying groups span Learning, HR, Finance, and business unit sponsors. You build a coalition, not just a champion.Pipeline discipline. Clean data, accurate forecasts, and consistent deal progression in HubSpot are table stakes.Voice of customer. You share what you hear in the field with Product and Marketing. Your feedback shapes how we evolve the platform.
