Te kaupapa o te tūranga – About the roleHours of work:Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out on the road, getting stuck in, and ensuring operations run smoothly for our customers.As a Installation Specialist, you’ll be the final touchpoint in our customers’ journeys - delivering and installing appliances in their homes, from fridges and washing machines to ovens and dryers.Behind the scenes, you’ll be the one coordinating a smooth delivery and setup, making sure their new appliances are ready to use. This role blends hands-on work with great customer service, and you’ll be  key to delivering a seamless experience.What you’ll be doing:Delivering and installing appliances safely, efficiently, and with a smile.Showing customers how their new products work.Removing old appliances and packaging (when requested).Keeping your work vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to roll.Supporting with warehouse tasks and in-store teams when needed.Following health and safety best practices - yours and everyone else’s.
