2026 Internship, Fall - Legal

Reviewing/analyzing and drafting a variety of contracts, including sponsorship agreements, sales agreements, vendor/service agreements, player agreements/transfer and loan agreements, and IP and facilities license agreements.Managing disputes, litigation and regulatory matters as in-house counsel, on an as needed basis with the support of outside counsel. Reviewing and analyzing rules, regulations and policies applicable to the companies’ operations, including those of MLS and FIFA, and advise management on interpretation and compliance. Gaining experience and exposure to risk management and insured risk/liability issues in collaboration with RBNY’s Risk Management team. Gaining experience as in-house legal counsel in the sports and entertainment industries.
