MEP Quality Project Manager - Data Center Construction Projects

The Project Manager is responsible for providing full project management services and on-site construction oversight, acting as the client's representative to ensure successful project delivery in terms of safety, schedule, cost, quality, and technical performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of project execution, from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout.Maintain ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, contracts, risks, and stakeholder management.Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan (PEP), ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements.Coordinate design reviews, procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, construction progress, and project reporting.Manage project risks and ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and contractual requirements.Act as the primary interface between the client, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.Lead project meetings and provide regular executive-level progress reporting.
